Before joining the team at Mesothelioma Hope, Laura spent several years in educational publishing as a writer and lead editor at Pearson Education and Full Sail University. Witnessing her friends and family members battle various forms of cancer inspired Laura to make a career shift to medical writing.
“Chances are you or someone you know has been affected by cancer. I really wanted my work to impact people’s lives on a broader scale.”
